error in cdk package moss node

dear all

there is the error

ERROR MoSS Execute failed: No molecule could be parsed properly

when you try to use the node with the new version of sdf reader, can run only after trasform compounds with the old CDK (but no coordinate for fragments generated) with the new one doesn't work.

is possible to fix this problem

It's correct that the MoSS node does not work with the new CDK nodes. It's a bit difficult to change it because it will work with either the old or the new CDK plug-in. But it may make sense to switch with the upcoming KNIME 2.5.
