ERROR in LOG konsole: Before attempting to use this object, please set its context by calling the setContext(...) method

Hi

 

I tried to load an AVI file with 37 T frames, but got an empty table and the following error message:

ERROR ReadFileImgTable org.scijava.NullContextException: Before attempting to use this object, please set its context by calling the setContext(...) method.

WARN Image Reader Some errors occured opening images or image planes! See console log for details.

 

How can I go on to solve this problem? What kind of adaption are needed?

​two quick questions:

​1. are you on the current stable or nightly build of KNIME Image Processing?

2. is the avi compressed (divx or something)?

​Depending on that I can provide further help ;-)

Hi,

 

I use version 1.2.0.201407091732 of the "Image Processing" nodes.

The "Image Reader" mentions in the metadata section that "compression" is of type "JPEG".

​Mark Hiner from the SCIFIO project found the bug. It will be fixed over the next week. I will let you know as soon as the bugfix is available in our nightly-build.
