Does the details section – it seems to be scrollable – provide more information about the error cause? 2. What KNIME version are you using? What update site URL are you using? Are there any error messages. Are you sure you have [installed the necessary software](https://nodepit.com/product/palladian/installation)? If you want to use Palladian for KNIME 5.5 you might have to use `https://download.nodepit.com/5.5` instead of `https://download.nodepit.com/5.6` ![image](https://forum-cdn.knime.com/uploads/default/original/3X/a/4/a4ef8b617d1a28208ee1b94aca9a9cb343795f18.png) the installation should look something like this. Has the problem raised with the current thread been resolved? If so please flag the solution. I took a look at the thread you linked and it appears you are being helped already. Be mindful that this is not knime 1st level support, but a community forum where people volunteer their time to help. Cross-linking, excessive tagging, raising new topics in the same thread once initial query has been resolved can come across as pushy and ungrateful and therefore may discourage people to help. ---
