Error occured after installing extension

Hello everyone! I have a issue about starting KNIME.

I am using Knime 4.2.5. After I installed the extension “KNIME Google Cloud Storage Connection”, KNIME does not start. The error message is “An error has occurred. See the log file C\Program Files\KNIME\configrations\xxxxxx.log”

I checked the log, but I am not sure the reason why the error has occured and how to soleve it.

I see in your logs that you have the !MESSAGE Could not resolve module: error

So, as suggested by @ScottF in this similar thread:

Can you do that modification to your knime.ini file ? Normally you would find it here “C:\Program Files\KNIME\knime.ini” if you are using Windows, if you are using Linux, you would find the file in the same folder where the executable is.

You can open the knime.ini file with any editor such as Notepad or Notepad++, add the -clean at the end of the file and save it.

Thank you the advice. I tried the modification of knime.ini, but KNIME does not start up.
Do you have any ideas how I can solve this?
