Error Sending Email via Batch Mode

Hi, I created a workflow to send email, I ran it on the knime application and it was sent successfully with no errors.
But when I run it via batch mode using Windows Task Schedule there is an error as below

I checked ports and other nodes no problem.
Can someone explain why it is like that and how to solve it?

It’s resolved, it’s caused by unstable network and the smtp server is not responding
