I get this error when trying to open a workflow from my local workspace. It was a big workflow and it would be horrible to start developing it from scratch all over again. Thank you. I had a look at your workflow and unfortunately it is corrupted. The file that contains the basic metadata such as the nodes, which are used in the workflows, and their connections is broken (if you’d unpack your workflow you’d see that the file ‘workflow.knime’ cannot be read like an xml file as it should be).

I have just noticed this post. I had the same issues with 3 workflows on 3 different computers.

It seems it is a severe BUG.
