Error while updating from version 3.1.2.v201603081532 to version 3.2.0

Hi,

while doing the upgrade from version 3.1.2.v201603081532 to version 3.2.0

I got the following error:

Some sites could not be found.  See the error log for more detail.
No repository found at https://anonymous:knime@community.knime.org/svn/nodes4knime/trunk/com.ggasoftware.indigo.
No repository found at http://knime.org/downloads/update.

please let me know how to troubleshoot this issue.

Neither of those address are valid update sites (never have been). Please remove them from File->Preferences->Install/Update->Available Software Sites.

Thank you for that information, I will check when having access to the net without proxy.

Please let me know if there is a possibility to check if the available software list contains only valid sites, and also if it contains all sites required to update the different application (hope my request is understandable) ?

There is no way to check if all entered sites are valid (except for the error message you get). However, if you haven't entered any sites yourself (which is usually not necessary), then all sites are valid. You must have entered thoses entries yourself but they have never worked.
