Errors in node that use path from command line

Hi all,
I update my Knime Analytics Platform instance and now all node that interact with the file system use the path object.

When I run in batch mode my workflow I always receive this error:

ERROR main FileWorkflowPersistor Unable to load node with ID suffix 1153 into workflow, skipping it: No more handles [gtk_init_check() failed]
org.eclipse.swt.SWTError: No more handles [gtk_init_check() failed]

I update my client version directly from the client and I receive this message only from command line interface, not from the client.

Any suggest?
