Excel copy values in some rows and columns

good morning
first i want to thank the community because you guys are great, you are making me learn more and more knime.

I would have the need to figure out which knot to use for:

1. copy the values present in some rows to others: copy only from row 2 in row 1

before

after

-) copy values present in some columns into others

before

after

I don’t know if it is possible, it would help me a lot because I could process the data present in the file excel
