I want to simply use some sort of excel formulas in my table.

as a simple example suppose there is 1 table as input with two columns of numbers and one empty column at the end.I want to set last column as sum of first and 2nd columns.

then it should be possible to use other formulas in excel as well.

You can use the Maths Formula node under the Misc category.

You can also use the Column Aggregator node to do just as you describe.
