I have this workflow to only get he latest folder and then the excel reader reads the files in this folder. However, it is not executing because some columns are not contained in all sources. I am using loop to fix this but it is still not working.

Hi @alrz , this is going to get much depend on your files and just how different they are. For example will the columns that are the same be in the same order? Are the column names consistent? Does the combination of all the excel sheets make sense to be in a single table? Where there are differences in the files, what do you want the resultant table to look like? I suspect that setting the options for what to do when the “file schema” changes, on the advanced tab of the Excel Reader will be part of resolving your problem.

How this option appears will depend on your version of KNIME as the Excel Reader advanced tab has changed a little over time. Which version of KNIME are you using?

Hello! You’re right it’s because I did not tick the support changing schemas. Thank you so much
