[FEATURE REQUEST] allow user to set a default path for `String to URI` node

If fed with an empty non-missing string value, the String to URI node inserts a default path name. The potentially dangerous behaviour comes in combination with the Delete Files, that is for example if the String to URI node defaults to the KNIME installation folder!
