after long time of searching i try it here.
Which node could i pick to create fingerprints like ECFC6 (Atom type extended connectivity fingerprints counts)?

The CDK ‘Fingerprints’ node will calculate ECFP6 and the RDKit Fingerprinter node has ECFP like fingerprints.
