forum password problem

I seem to be stuck in a "Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?" loop.  I've tried resetting my password on My Account page, but next time I log in I get exactly the same message.  The only way I can access the forum is by using a forgotten password link from a Replacement login information e-mail.

I'm using Firefox 51.0.1 & Dashlane 4.6.7 but don't know if it's those that are causing the issue or not as I tried resetting my password manually and had the same problem.

Anychance someone can look at this?
