Forum post stuck in "unpublished" state..?

I have a forum post marked as "unpublished" with status "revision, pending".

I have no idea how to publish this post?!

The only "Save" button I can see is the one that adds comments.

Is this a furom bug?

I've published your post, thanks for the link.  

As a more general comment, we are having some service quality issues with our spam filtering provider.  We are investigating the source of the problem and looking into alternative approaches.  For now, if anyone sees a post that hasn't been published yet (at any point, no need to wait) feel free to post a link here. We are working to resolve the issue and apoligize for the inconvenience.
