Gene expression analysis some nodes are empty?

Dear community,

I just found this great pipeline (https://www.knime.com/blog/analyzing-gene-expression-data-with-knime) but some of the nodes: e.g. “clustering, heatmap, gene details” seem to be completely empty?

Maybe some one used it and knows what I am missing? Or maybe there is a way to get a feedback from the author?

Hello @Aya_Q,

those are Components which encapsulate multiple nodes. You can inspect (go inside) them with “Control + double click” or right click on it and chose Component --> Open. Check out this Guide for more:
