Get item count using two columns as variables

I have some data in the following format (though it is much longer than this, thousands of lines):

| car | place of manufacture |
| ford | london |
| toyota | london |
| vauxhall | paris |
| toyota | paris |
| ford | paris |

I am trying to get a count of the number of Fords manufactured in Paris, for example, ideally as a table with all the permutations, like this:

| car | place of manufacture | count |
| toyota | paris | 14 |
| toyota | london | 3 |
| vauxhall | paris | 54 |
| vauxhall | london | 6 |
| ford | paris | 9 |
| ford | london | 33 |

Does anyone know how I might go about doing this?

Add row id using RowID node. Then use Group by node. Group on car and place manufacture columns and aggregation on generated row id column with function Sum.
