How can I grab the Knime transmitted anonymous usage data?

I want to remotely monitor WorkFlows and the Knime transmitted anonymous usage data looks like a good start.

Can the data be redirected (or duplicated) to a specified remote server?

No, you cannot send it to another server. However, the very same data is available locally in your workspace in .metadata/knime/node_usage*.json.
