H2O GC overhead limit exceeded

In KNIME 3.7.2, when using the H2O Local Context, Table to H2O, H2O Predictor (Regressor), and H2O to Table nodes in a loop I am getting either a JVM heap space or “GC overhead limit exceeded” error after several successful loop iterations. Any idea of what could be causing this?

thanks for reporting this. However, I am not able to reproduce the issue you describe. Would it be possible for you to share a workflow that allows me to reproduce it?

You can increase the heap space for KNIME, see here in the FAQ. This might fix the issue. The number you set depends on your machine and the available RAM.

EDIT: But first try with increasing RAM and then let’s see if above search will be needed :slight_smile:
