How one can control the value of the target class in the H2O Random forest?
For example

decided that that the targte class is “neg”- I wanted the target clas to be “pos”.

Hi @malik,

unfortunately, one cannot set this parameter. As far as I know, H2O selects the first class in alphabetical order, so a workaround might be to rename your classes in a way that the one that should be selected is the first one in that order.

So how is H2O Binomial Scorer works? I see that it requires to set the class and the target class?

There you are supposed to set the target class that is in the screenshot you have posted. You can basically control the setting via flow variable in order to automate it.
