@Jeyrell_Sr what you could try is use the encoding “CP437” and try that one. This is an extended ASCII dataset.
If you have a CSV file that is working from your Excel installation you could try and import that back into KNIME and see which encoding does best fit that. Or you could provide us with a sample with some dummy data so we could investigate.
