Historical Tweets

Hi, Is it possible to extract historical tweets? Let’s say I want to collect all tweets from Jan 2020 who were hash tagged as HIV.

At the moment I can only extract most recent ones.

If you want to extract historical tweets (>7 days ago) you need a premium or enterprise account . See the twitter documentation: https://developer.twitter.com/en/pricing.html,
