How can I see R console in KNIME

I'm using RPlot node in KNIME and its showing some warning saying that see R console for further details but I don't know where is R console in KNIME.

I hope this helps. (I forget to add. To see the warnings, you need the warnings() command in R, which prints it to the standard output. message prints to standard error.)
