Hi April,

the Splitter-node splits the input images into multiple sub-images (e.g. one image for each channel). As a result, each sub-image is put into a separate column in the resulting table.

Now, if you, for instance, want to do a thresholding on just one channel (e.g. using the Global Thresholder-node) you just have to select the respective column in the configuration dialog (Column Selection). Almost every node has this column selection option, most likely in the 'Column Selection'-tab.
