I am importing an XL sheet and the data format is only being read as date&time. After reading a few responses to this question it seems there are some legacy widgets, but they are not recognizing the Date&Time element in my data set (plus they are legacy).
It seems this should be a simple date-reformat function, but I need help. Thanks for any thoughts.

Can you supplement your question with an example sheet or workflow which highlights the issue? Especially the input and desired output. That way it’s more likely you will get the support that will help you out 
There are Modify Date and Modify Time nodes in KNIME which allow to remove e.g. Date or Time from a Date
