How do I create a workflow that sends separate Excel reports to separate email lists?

How do I create a workflow to automate email sends? The goal is to send separate Excel reports to different email lists with the reports located in the same location in Dropbox.

For instance, let’s say a folder in Dropbox had the following Excel file reports named Apples, Oranges, Grapes and Apples is to go to Email list A, Oranges to Email List B, Grapes to email list C.

How can I:
A. Get the workflow to send the respective reports to their lists and
B. Attach the Excel file under flow variables?
