how to combine the data with different permutation and combination in Knime

Hi Team,
someone knidly help me with the solution . Here is the example for the same
here i have used fake data but the number of data set i have is around 30K. Is it feasible to do in knime ?
My actual table is like this:
trial1.xlsx (18.3 KB)
my actual table is mentioned in blue color and the resultant table in green .

kindly help me with the solution
