How to convert words to lower case and merge?

Hi experts. How I convert a word from Upper to Lower case and how i can merge those two words? For exaple i find TF and there are words including "That" and "that", how i convert "That" to "that" and then merge it? I am adding my workflow and Cloud Tage for reference.

There's a Case converter, which can be placed after the Flat File Document Parser node.

When i place after Flate File Parser and connect to the Dictionary tagger node then DTN not working.
