How to install Knime 2.1 on Windows

I downloaded the file KNIME Full 2.10.0_2%Installer%20(64bit)[1].0%20Installer%20(64bit)[1]. When I click on the file I am asked I should search in the APP STORE for an application. I can unzip the file, and get a directory which starts with the file/directory ".rsc"

I forgot to mention, I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit with the application "Classic Shell".

Your browser corrupts the file during download. The correct name is "KNIME Full 2.10.0 Installer (64bit).exe". We currently don't have a clue why Windows sometimes breaks the download file. It worked on all our Windows systems (7, 8, and 8.1).

Thanks issue solved. I renamed the file and the installation works.
