How to permanently remove Default Update Sites?

Hello,

I am working on a company specific installation package (zip file). It all works fine regarding database driver integration and adding special nodes.

Additionally I would like to prevent that KNIME changes the update sites listed under File -> Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Software Sites. They are always added back in, e.g. when KNIME is updated. Any solutions/ideas?

Hi @f_p, can you please try deleting the relevant entries from <KNIME_installation>/p2/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.engine/profileRegistry/KNIMEProfile.profile/.data/.settings/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.artifact.repository.prefs> and <KNIME_installation>/p2/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.engine/profileRegistry/KNIMEProfile.profile/.data/.settings/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.metadata.repository.prefs files?
