how to solve program opening error?

(Using translator)

When I try to create a workflow or open a file, an error window appears. The contents are as follows:

[Loading workflow… failed]
:warning:User ID must not be null or blank

I searched but couldn’t find any information about the error, and I tried resetting the laptop, but the error still persisted. What does Use ID mean here?

Could you please tell me which version of Analytics Platform is being used? Is it a fresh install or an upgrade?
Would it be possible to try re-installing the Analytics Platform Application and see if it helps?
Is it possible to share a print screen about this warning/error?
