How to use Flat File Document Parser on KNIME Server

Hi, how is it possible to select a directory in the Flat File Document Parser Node (Text Processing Plugin) with the Webportal ?

Currently it is not possible but we have a feature request regarding this functionality.

Hi @Mink,

a workaround for using the Flat File Parser in combination with the WebPortal would be to use the File Upload node to uploads files contained in a zip file. Unpack those files into a temp directory, created by the Create Temp Dir node and control the path setting of the Flat File Parser via a Flow Variable and set it to the temp dir.
