IF ELSE CONDITION IN RULE ENGINE

I HAVE A DATA SET. LOCATION WISE NUMBER OF CASES.
WANTED TO APPLY A LOGIC OR FORMULA THAT IF A LOCATION HAVE DONE MORE THAN ONE CASE THEN THIS IS ACTIVE LOCATION ELSE INACTIVE LOCATION

If I have understood your problem correctly, then I think what you need to do is:
First use a GroupBy node and select the location column as the grouping column and then count the groups (use “Count” aggregation on any other column). Now you know which location is appeared more than 1 time and you can use a Rule Engine node to label them as active or inactive based on this number. After that, you can use a Rule Engine (Dictionary) to label the rows in the main table as well.
