Hi,

Can someone help me with, how to extract Images text into MS Word? All nodes are required to process this. I tried to install a PDF reader in my Knime, however, the extension is not available in my Knime version. Please help me with the version# to get the PDF reader in Knime as well.

Attaching the sample file for your reference, to convert this image file to MS Word.

Just curious to know if it converts the image to text 100% accurately.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Regards,
Samir

@Samir_Nagure for starters you could take a look at these entries:

> [@Extract data from jpg images](https://forum.knime.com/t/extract-data-from-jpg-images/57999/5):
>
> @AnthonyCREng I put this task to [ChatGPT](https://chat.openai.com/chat#) and this is the quick result after some small tweaking … # you will have to install tesseract. On MacOS this would look like this: # brew install tesseract import cv2 # opencv import pytesseract # pytesseract import pandas as pd # Read the image file image = cv2.imread('image1.png') # Convert the image to grayscale gray = cv2.cvtColor(image, cv2.COLOR\_BGR2GRAY) # Apply Otsu's thresholding thresh = cv2.threshold(gray, 0, 255, cv2.THRESH\_BIN…

> Hi @Chandra_S - You could start with this example that uses the [KNIME Image Processing - Tess4J Integration](https://kni.me/e/qXqpzQN4QYmdH8YN): Once you have the text string, then convert it with a [Strings To Document](https://kni.me/n/WvmYbuy-7UmcfIpO) node and continue on in the usual way.
