[Improvement Request] Node Description Symbol

Hey folks,

when sharing workflows between different users within our workgroup, it can be a lifesaver to use the Edit Node Description... feature. Unfortunately it's not apparent, which nodes have a custom node description and with it give the unexperienced user helpful hints.

That's why I would like to request a small symbol/icon near the correspondent node(s) or a coloured frame or something like that. Just to indicate the existence of a detailed node description.

While the node description text is 'active' (i.e. mid-edit with the cursor showing), if you right-click in the node description, you can change background colour (and maybe some other settings too)
