Increasing Java heap space on Mac OSX

Hi all,

how can I increase the Java heap space in KNIME Analytics Platform on Mac OSX? There seems to be no knime.ini file anywhere on a Mac installation. The FAQ entry mentions Windows and Linux, but not Mac OSX.

Hi,

there is one in the KNIME.app. Right click on it and select "Show package contents" and then go to "/Contents/Eclipse/" there you should find a Knime.ini that you can adjust.

Hi Alexander,

thanks, I was looking at the wrong place inside the app package. And I noticed that 'Knime.ini' on Mac is with a capital K.

Would be nice to have a note about this in the FAQ :)
