Indigo Renderer

Hi Mikhail,

I really like the Indigo renderer its very clear and thanks for allowing it to be applied to other chemical types such as SDF,MOL, SMILES etc.

However, I noticed one minor omission which is MOL2, is it possible to have Indigo Renderer support this format too ? And then I can have all my structures displayed using the Indigo Renderer.

Hi Simon,

Unfortunately, Indigo doesn't support MOL2 format at this moment, and its implementation is not in a priority list. Maybe we will add support of MOL2 format later.
