Install Extension error

I have the below error message when I tried to install updates or install extension.
What could be the issue?

Hi @ctienche!

It seems that there is an invalid update site in your contact sites – and it seems to be this jar file that is shown in the error. What KNIME version are you using and how did you download this JAR file? It could be that this community extension was not updated to be compatible with the most recent KNIME version if you are using it.

If you want to install/update extensions and you don’t need this JAR extension anymore, you can just remove it from your contact sites going to file>preferences>Install/Updates>Available software sites.
