Install Productivity Extensions

Having trouble downloading the Productivity Extensions. How do I do this and is it available to use in Version 3.6.2?

I am trying to create a templates so that I can have a Master Password for Reading Databases and also one for Outputting to a different database. Any information and examples on these subjects would be greatly appreciated.
