is there a Logical Analysis of Data (LAD) available in KNIME? I want to use this special one for classification and would apreciate it somebody could tell me something about it.

This is not implemented in KNIME. I suggest you try to find an example where this has been done in Python, which you could then run in a Python Script node from KNIME.
