Issue updating to Knime 4.0

Hi everyone I am trying to update to Knime 4.0, but I got a message that says

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.

The problem can be solved by updating some specific packages or libraries, but I do not know if it may be a bug. I am attaching an image.

Actually this just made me download the installer and install a fresh instance of KNIME on my system.
I had all the available extensions and found it easier to install a new instance of KNIME and then the compatible extensions rather than uninstalling incompatible extensions and updating to the new version.

P.S. I have had my current installation since KNIME 3.4 with all free extensions.

However, I’m not too sad since it seems the performance optimization in the new version will surprise me!!

It looks like the Erlwood nodes haven’t been updated to work with KNIME v4 so they need to be uninstalled to be able to upgrade.

The Erlwood extensions have been migrated to 4.0:

There should be no upgrade offered from KNIME AP 3.7 – instead we recommend installing from scratch. (If you did find the upgrade link in a KNIME 3.7.x Welcome Page you were among the few who suffered from an outdated config file in our content delivery network – apologies.)
