Issue with Tess4j OCR community plugin in KNIME 3.1 for ita language.

Hi,
i need to use this integration of the community contributions in Knime 3.1.2 on Windows 10 x64:
The OCR plugin "Tess4j"  image optical recognition (https://tech.knime.org/book/knime-image-processing-tesseract-ocr-extension) for italian.

Installation from the update site was succesfull:
KNIME Image Processing - Tess4J Integration    1.2.1.v201603071404,

but when i try to run this node in the workflow for italian language it causes instability and crash of the platform (please, see the attachment).

I know that this plugin is still in beta version, but it would be really nice if it could work well, so no python code or external tools are needed...


any info about future development - bug fix?
