Joiner Error - Memory is low

Dear all,
every time I do a join (even a small one with 100 records) I receive this warn:
WARN Joiner Memory is low. I have no chance to free memory. This may cause an endless loop.

I am using Knime 3.5.3 on Windows Server 2016 with 128 GB of RAM.

How is it possible?

Hi @iiiaaa,

Did you increase the memory available to KNIME in the knime.ini?

I have the same message even if I run the workflow (for example the “Data Blending” workflow provided by Knime as an Example Workflow) on my local PC with Knime 3.6 and on Window 7 with 8 Gb of RAM and the following INI configuration:

Hi @iiiaaa,

I think you don’t have to do anything. I guess the Joiner node successfully executes? Sometimes we’re a bit over cautious with those warning messages. I’ll double-check with our developers, but I think you should be fine if the results show up as desired.
