Just Knime It Solutions 2-11 ChatGPT: not running, unfortunately no response through ChatGPT

Hello all!
a little late, but have tried a lot - but none of the solutions posted (JKI 2-11) here work for me. What is going wrong?
I have generated an OpenAI key, but not the paid version.
My questions always get a “?” as an answer - no response.

Do I need a pay account? Or a special environment or extension? I use Knime 473.

What could be the problem?

Hi Bernd,

I remember seeing the same error with a very freshly created account - we were banging our heads on the table (the message is misleading, it will work with the freely given quota which shows on your dashboard).

At the end it worked for us after just waiting for a few hours. So if your account has just been created, I suggest to just sit back and wait.

Hello @sabsab ,
i guess @qqilihq’s post is the answer to your question. I’d just throw in that I would recommend using gpt-3.5-turbo since it is way cheaper (and better) than using text-davinci-3.

Thank you for the quick responses. But I think waiting won’t solve the problem for me, I’ve had the account for a while and the key was at least 1 week old. Basically I would like to try it first with the free account.

Sorry, my mistake. To use the API you have to create a payment account at OAI. Good to know. Problem solved.
