Dear Colleagues,
I’ve used Knime since a year on windows and just decided to try it on a Portable linux.
Installed and try to run Knime on a Porteus live usb.
Unfortunately it hangs on startup. (attached screenshot)
There is no difference where I have extracted Knime files on the usb or hdd.
Porteus-v3.1
Kernel: 3.17.4-porteus
Computer:
Aspire 5220
AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor TK-57
Ram: 4GB
Graphic card: NVIDIA Corporation C67 [GeForce 7000M / nForce 610M]
Any ideas what could cause the issue?
If any additional info is needed please let me know (from where to collect it will be usefull)?
