KNIME 3.3.2 on Mac Sierra Not Responding frequently (thread dump attached)

Hi all,

I recently changed a laptop from an older version of macbook to the latest one (hardware upgrade). I redownloaded KNIME 3.3.2, as version as I used on the old macbook. But every other minute my KNIME freezes and activity monitor shows it uses ~100% of my CPU. I allocated 4G of memory to knime.ini file. My sierra version is 10.12.6 and KNIME version 3.3.2

Also attached the crash file. This starts to happen to my dbvisualizer as well.
