Knime 4.2 aws missing

After installing knime 4.2 and all extensions, the aws s3 nodes are missing despite it saying they are already installed.

I’ve deleted knime and reinstalled to no avail.

This is on mac Catalina.

can you try with -clean parameter?

I love it with the solution is quick and easy.
I just added -clean to the knime.ini file, and on reload, the missing nodes are there!
