KNIME Analytics Platform Download Stuck on Loading Page (Malaysia Users)

I’ve been facing an issue when trying to download the KNIME Analytics Platform from the official website. After clicking the download button, the page just keeps spinning (loading endlessly) and never proceeds to the actual download page.

I’m based in Malaysia, and I noticed this problem doesn’t affect everyone. During a recent online training I conducted, some participants were able to download without issues, while others (including myself) experienced this stuck loading problem.

At the moment, I’m assuming it could be a regional network issue, but I’m not entirely sure. Right now, my temporary solution is to ask those who can download successfully to upload the installer to a shared Google Drive for others to access.

Has anyone else faced the same issue recently? :thinking: Would appreciate it if anyone could share a **solution or workaround.

Hi Pradeep, thanks for flagging and for the detailed context.

This issue can occur when you do not have connectivity to hubspot.com or the script for hubspot.com is blocked on your local browser. This can also occur for users with strict 3rd party script blocking policies or using Firefox private browsing mode.

We are investigating a solution to ensure that this would not prevent visitors from downloading.
