KNIME Date&Time Configuration Node

Hello,

I have a problem with the KNIME Date&Time Configuration Node. I simply need a node where the user can select a date. If I use the Date&Time Input from the legacy all works fine and the configuration looks as follows

On the other hand if I use the Date&Time Configuration Node:

The date will not be carried through the workflow as a variable, because no variable is created.
All other Configuration Nodes (e.g. String Config) work fine as expected.

I just tried to recreate this issue but could not - I’m able to create flow variables with the Date&Time Configuration node and send them downstream using the settings shown above.

Can you create a minimal example workflow demonstrating the issue and upload it?
