Where i can find examples and help in how to use Knime for gene expression analysis? The input file is Excel file that contains gene expression values. I want to remove noisy genes, perform t-test or other filter methods and etc.

Currently we don't have an example specific for gene expression. Is there some publicly available data that is similar to your problem?

That might be useful as a start.
